SBA Associates (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides this notice for visitors to sbaassociatesindia.com and people contacting us about accounting, taxation and business advisory services. It explains the website enquiry process and information used in a related engagement. A signed engagement or a separate service notice may provide additional details. The organisation responsible for a particular cross-border engagement will be identified in that engagement.
Information we handle
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, country calling code, mobile number and chosen service. CAPTCHA and verification requests process technical identifiers, challenge responses and verification results. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and error logs. If you engage us, we may need relevant business records, tax identifiers, accounts, payroll information or filing documents; the public consultation form is not intended for uploading those records.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss the requested service, arrange a consultation and take steps towards an engagement. Verification information helps confirm control of a contact channel and limit misuse; it does not establish a person's legal identity. Engagement records are used for the agreed work, billing, recordkeeping, authorised filings and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Enquiring about a service is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.
Consultation, CAPTCHA and OTP
CAPTCHA checks are processed by the website. When SMS and email verification are enabled, clicking Proceed requests codes through the configured verification provider. The current integration is designed for Twilio Verify and an email delivery service; a setup notice is displayed while delivery is unavailable. Please enter codes only in the relevant verification boxes. Our team will not ask you to disclose banking OTPs, payment PINs or passwords. After both contact checks, Submit prepares an enquiry for WhatsApp. You can review the message before sending it; completing verification alone does not send a WhatsApp message.
Payments and third-party links
Pay Online opens a Razorpay-hosted payment page in a new tab. Payment credentials are entered on that provider's page, not in our consultation form. We may receive transaction references, payment status and information needed to reconcile an invoice. WhatsApp, Razorpay, government portals and other linked sites operate under their own privacy notices. Opening an external photograph or a Google-hosted font can also transmit technical request information to its provider.
Security, retention and international processing
We use HTTPS and access restrictions for the website and protect update operations with authentication. Verification proofs have limited validity, but expiry is not the same as immediate deletion of every supporting log or record. We retain enquiry, security and engagement information only as needed for its purpose and applicable accounting, tax, professional or legal requirements, then arrange deletion or anonymisation where appropriate. Providers may process information outside India. Such processing must follow applicable legal requirements. No online transmission or storage method offers an absolute security guarantee.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit an enquiry and contact us by phone instead. You can ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a privacy concern. Access, erasure, grievance and other rights apply to the extent available under the law in force. We may need proportionate identity checks before acting. Some information must be retained despite a deletion request; we will explain a relevant restriction. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
